There are two options 

Jira Instances

This way each swimlane will correspond to Jira Source

JQL queries 

Since version 1.6.0

You can add custom swimlanes based on cross Jira instance JQL query. 

  • Name of the swimlane be used as a title of swimlane on a board
  • Query - is cross instance JQL query, similar to Quick Filter 

Panel
